Switzerland is where I spent my childhood. Learning multiple languages is a must there so I speak German, Swiss and English. (French was once in the running, but I haven’t used it much. ) 

I raised my family here in the USA, moving several times.  Relocating as we did taught me a lot about real estate and relocating and now I'm putting my years of personal experience to work for you in Woodstock, Canton, Holly Springs, Kennesaw and Acworth.

My roots are here in GA and I love it.

The buying process

By representing you, we will provide you with the best-in-class services. Buying can be a very overwhelming process, we will be here for you and guide you through the process; keeping all your needs in mind.

Getting Pre-Approved

Most sellers want to make sure that when they accept your offer that you have the funds to purchase it. So, getting pre-approved before hand is a must to ease the stress when you see a home you like to buy.

Looking At Homes

Checking out the emails we send you with homes that match your criteria is the first step. We will narrow it down to 3-5 homes and schedule showing times for us. This is a fun part, enjoy and be excited.

Make An Offer

You found a home you love and works for your family. We will sit down and talk about what the home is worth to you. We'll write up an offer, have you sign it electronicallyand then represent the offer to the seller.


As your agent, I will be negotiating for you to get the very best price for the home. It is not easy for me to spend someone else’s money for something that is not worth it. This is where work the very hardest and get it done. We will have lots of communication during that time.

The Offer Is Accepted

Now we have the Due diligent time to inspect the property closer. Get it looked at with professionals and get a better idea what needs to get done. We also have the power to negotiate some more based on the reports we get back.

Moving In

Moving can be a bit overwhelming logistically. We are here to help you every step of the way. We are your go-to for resources, let us know what you need and I can connect you with professionals.


Real estate is the largest investment you will make, and it will be there for a long time. With the best guidance you can enjoy it for many years to come. We will always be here for any questions you might have even down the road. We are your resource go to team.


The selling process

Once you have made the important decision to sell your home we will sit down and map out the best strategy for getting you the results you're looking for.  Being clear about your intentions from the beginning will make sure we achieve your goals..

First Meeting

Before we meet, I have done some research on the value of your home based on the market activity. Then will meet for about 30 minutes and I will pre-view your home. I will show you my process and let you decide to have me as your listing agent. Once you decide for me to be your listing agent we sign a contract.

Getting Your Home On The Market

In the same meeting, tell me about your home, the improvements you have made etc. based on that information we can agree on the sales price. Now the work starts getting my team members involved to get your home listed within less than 48 hours. Or I can hold off if you decide to make some repairs to get more money for your home.

During Listing Time

We will have agents request to come and view your home with or without clients. You need to be ready for that. I will also hold open houses for people to come by and view your home. The first 2 weeks are crucial. If the house is priced right, we will have the most activity and hopefully an offer.

Getting An Offer

Yippee! We have a buyer for your home. Once I get the offer, we will sit down and discuss what we like and don’t like about the offer. If a counter offer is in order, this is where our negotiating skills come into play as we work the very hardest to get the most for your home.

The Offer Is Accepted

Now comes the due diligence period for the buyer to have your home inspected, request any repairs and get their financing together. They will send an appraiser out to determine the price of the home to make sure it is worth what we agreed upon. Once that is done we have to wait. There are many wheels turning in the background but you get to take a break.


The buyer usually picks the closing date on the offer. The time and place is also decided by the buyer but is always communicated to us and we can work it out. You need to come to the closing and finalize the sale with the chosen attorney. You hand the key over.
